1. What does business success mean to you?
- Write this vision down somewhere you will regularly see it
2. How will you actually achieve your vision?
- What will you do?
- How will you do it?
- What is the timeline?
- How will you know when you’ve achieved your vision?
3. Is your plan realistic?
- Discuss it with your staff, clients and your mentor.
Remember, in business if you’re not constantly moving forwards, you’re moving backwards!
