Online Client Questionnaire & Checklists
We are very excited at Walsh & Associates to be implementing a wonderful new tool that we know our clients will just love too.
As you know every year we send out paperbased Client Questionnaires that our clients then have to sift through establishing what questions are relevant and then work out what paperwork should be supplied us to enable us to complete their annual accounts. Well not anymore!
During April all clients will receive an e-mail from us that will contain a link and login details. Simply click on the link, enter the login details and this will take them to their own online personal questionnaire where they will be asked a series of questions relevant to them and their situation. Once the questionnaire is completed the system will then generate a personalised checklist based on the answers given. All clients will know exactly what to provide us with so that we can complete their work.
The questionnaire is dynamic in that, for example, if a client is not in farming then they will not be shown any farming questions to answer - brilliant!. Another brilliant feature is that the system retains information that is entered for subsequent years making it even easier to complete next year and saving them money!!
We appreciate the time that it takes to answer our Client Questionnaires and hope that this new service will help reduce our clients time spent on completing them and overall, make it a more user-friendly experience.
