Continuing on the theme of business success in 2016, last week we mentioned two specific tips for you to help realise that success in 2016:

 

  1. Analyse sales reports;
  2. Compare costs to profits;

This weeks tips are:

Tip 3 – stalk your competitors! Are you sick of playing catch up or are you one step ahead of them? Check out their websites and social media channels, what are the reviews saying about them?

Tip 4 – how satisfied are your customers with your products and services? You could find this out by simply asking the question in person or use an online survey. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, would your customers recommend you to others?

Remember, in business if you’re not constantly moving forwards, you’re moving backwards!
