Vaughan provides clients with knowledge and expertise drawn from many years working in financial management roles for both large multi-national companies and smaller Hawke’s Bay businesses.

Victoria Fromont
Manager
Victoria is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accountancy from Eastern Institute of Technology. Victoria has experience from working within a variety of industries making her adaptable and open-minded. Victoria has a passion for assisting clients to improve efficiencies in order to allow them more freedom to follow their aspirations.
Kevin Walsh
Senior Accountant
Kevin graduated from Victoria University Wellington in 2008 with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce & Administration, majoring in Accounting. He then spent the following three years in Wellington working as a tax consultant with Ernst & Young, gaining the EY Diploma in Tax and being admitted to High Court of New Zealand as a Barrister and Solicitor. Kevin joined us late in 2011, took a career break in 2021 to pursue a personal goal and rejoined us late in 2023.

Senior Accountant
Graeme is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Accountancy from Massey University. He has been trained in the audit field before a change of career into the world of business services. Graeme has special interests in the small business, early childhood education and property sectors.
